
In June 2017 Serbian Section of Criminology announced a competition for the best essay on the theme “Media, Crime and Youth”. In April 2019 the Committee for the evaluation of articles, comprised of the members of the Section’s Presidency, reached an unanimous decision on the received works. The award ceremony was held on May the 21st at the Law Faculty University of Belgrade. Financial award for the winner of the competition was given once again by “Fila” law office from Belgrade. To all prize winners sets of books were provided by Law Faculty University of Belgrade and the publishing company “Dosije”. The article awarded with the first prize will be published in the journal Crimen and the paper awarded with the second prize will be published in the journal Review for Criminology and Criminal Law.

The second award: Lazar Đoković, undergraduate student, Law Faculty in Belgrade
The third award: Tamara Miljuš, undergraduate student, Law Faculty in Belgrade

Financial award for the winner of the competition was given for the second time by the “Fila” law firm from Belgrade. To all prize winners sets of books were given by the Faculty of Law in Belgrade and the publishing company “Dosije”. The work awarded with the first prize will be published in the Review for Criminology and Criminal Law, and the article awarded with the second prize in the thematic collection of papers Criminal Law Reaction in Serbia.
