In June 2017 Serbian Section of Criminology announced a competition for the best essay on the theme „Media, Crime and Youth“. In April 2019 the Committee for the evaluation of articles, comprised of the members of the Section’s Presidency, reached an unanimous decision on the received works. The award ceremony was held on May the 21st at the Law Faculty University of Belgrade. Financial award for the winner of the competition was given once again by „Fila“ law office from Belgrade. To all prize winners sets of books were provided by Law Faculty University of Belgrade and the publishing company „Dosije“. The article awarded with the first prize will be published in the journal Crimen and the paper awarded with the second prize will be published in the journal Review for Criminology and Criminal Law.
